Summary: We had a great four days at this home away from home. Pat, our host greeted us at the door and immediately made us feel at home in his place. He made sure that we aware of places to visit and eat. The whole house was lovely but the most time was spent in the large welcoming kitchen with a couch. Great room to waste time playing games and being together. Pat made sure to check in daily to make sure all of our needs were met. Thanks Pat!!

Summary: Maifield, the house and Pat Murphy represented the very best of Irish hospitality. The house was exactly and even more interesting than what was described, and Pat could not have been more helpful. He checked for information and made reservations for us, took us to unknown ruins, as well as local pubs. The kitchen/ large room was warm, bright and the gardens were so inviting. We would not return to Ireland without stopping here again.
